His prolific career has spanned multi-national companies that produce award-winning design in high-end residential buildings, mixed-use high-rise and landscape architecture. His high-rise designs have been built in the UAE and are representative of the enormous talent that Filipino architects display in the global arena. He presents his design in crisp photo-realistic renderings using innovative and advance computing. As Principal to FMK3 Architects he leads in using global concepts of sustainable design strategies adaptable to the project’s locality. His design faculties is further enhanced by his LEED credential that is  now required in the majority of projects they are handling.

Marivic’s skills in project management and contracts administration have led her to a key position in an interior design practice abroad. Her exposure to multi-racial business atmosphere has made her more sensitive and responsive to client as well as to allied professional concerns. With varied experience since graduating from the University of San Carlos in Cebu, she is knowledgeable in project cost, schedule requirements and constructability issues and integrate these into the design process to achieve a more relevant and sustainable design. Her LEED AP credential has enabled for a more informed approach using building design and construction methodologies that help preserve the environment.
